Wine & Food Pairing: Soupe de Poisson & GSM

I made this food and wine pairing over the weekend to a chorus of happy eaters. The combination certainly was greater the individual parts.


First course: Daikon Radish & apple salad with tomatoes, parsley (not shown)

Second course: Soupe de poisson avec sa rouille:

Tomato based provençal fish soup with aioli, guyere cheese, and baguette toasted rounds. Served with roasted brussel sprouts.
