Yikes, how did a month + get by without a post! I blame it on the steep acceleration the year takes right before Thanksgiving. Enough excuse. Commence ramblings:

Here's a few snapshots from a pre-Thanksgiving menu I organized and invited parents and friends to enjoy. The menu consisted of recipes inspired by French chef and author Jean-Georges Vongerichten whose creation of such places as Spice Market and Vegas' Aria puts him on the map of celebrity chefs.

I was also inspired by a friend's Spanish menu done a month earlier.
